Let go of what you don't want

It's coming to the end of the year. Besides getting ready to usher in the new year and enjoying the festive seasons, it's also a time where most people start reflecting on what they didn't do and what could do to have things better.

If you have been following me, you'll know that I'm not a big fan of new year resolutions. Because for the simple reason. They don't work.  

It's not that they don't work. Because you gave up! You could have started with such a huge dream and later on found out that you can't keep up. 

Think about. Are your dreams the same as what you wanted to achieve last year and the last and the last?
